This is the live, physical, sweat-on-the-mat training session of the Tactical Garage Gym — led by Coach Blauer's Mobile Training Team (MTT). These aren't hobbyists. They're retired cops, active-duty law enforcement, retired military, and lifelong martial artists — all personally certified by Coach Blauer, many with decades in the field.
You'll train alongside them — and alongside a global community of instructors, protectors, martial artists, and serious students from six continents.
Every Saturday you'll work on:
Low-tech. High-impact. You need your body, a little floor space, and the willingness to work. If you want to level up: a resistance band, a medicine ball, and a PVC pipe. That's it. This is garage gym training by design — no studio, no gi, no excuses.

What's the difference between Tuesday and Saturday?
Tuesday is the mind. A live after-action breakdown of a real violent encounter, analyzed through the SPEAR System® filter, followed by open Q&A with Coach Blauer. Think of it as a private coaching call inside a global classroom. Saturday is the body. Live physical drills, tactical fitness, and scenario work. This is where you sweat, move, and pressure-test what you're learning.
Do I have to attend both sessions?
Nope. Come to either. Both. Or just watch replays on your own time. Your membership gives you full access regardless of which live sessions you make.
I was a member before the new format. What do I need to do?
Nothing. Your membership carries over. Same login, same archive, same everything — just a new weekly rhythm.
Who actually teaches the Saturday morning class?
Coach Blauer's Mobile Training Team — a vetted roster of retired cops, active-duty law enforcement, retired military, and lifelong martial artists, all personally certified by Coach Blauer. Coach B still drops in regularly, but Saturday is led by the field-tested team that represents the SPEAR System® worldwide. Tuesday Tactical Breakdowns remain Coach Blauer personally, every week.
Do I need experience?
Zero experience required. You don't need a black belt or a fight record — you just need the willingness to learn and the courage to start. The system meets you where you are.
I'm skeptical that self-defense can be taught online. Can it?
Short answer: yes — if the system is built for it and you're coachable. The SPEAR System® is behaviorally based, not choreography-based, which means it works across formats. See the section below.
Do I need any equipment?
No fancy gear needed — this is low-tech, minimalist training by design. You can do everything with just your body. If you want to level up: a resistance band, a medicine ball, and a PVC pipe. That's it.
Is this a workout or a class?
It's both. You'll move, sweat, and get stronger — mentally and physically. But you're not just exercising. You're learning a mindset and skill set that could save your life.
Can I ask questions or get feedback?
Absolutely. Every Tuesday ends with live Q&A with Coach Blauer. Every Saturday includes direct coaching from the MTT. You can ask questions, share scenarios, and get personalized insights — in real time.
Is this for men only?
Hell no. The Garage Gym is for anyone who wants to take ownership of their safety — men, women, teens, parents, professionals, protectors. Courage doesn't care about gender.
What if I can't keep up?
Go at your pace. This isn't a bootcamp. It's a mindset upgrade. You train where you're at, and over time, your confidence, awareness, and capability grow.
How long are the classes?
60 minutes. Tight. Actionable. On-demand sessions can be started, paused, and revisited anytime.
Is this suitable for older adults or people with injuries?
Absolutely. This is about smart, adaptive movement — not brute force. Drills can be modified, and Coach B constantly reminds students to listen to their body.
What's the difference between LIVE and RECORDED memberships?
LIVE gives you weekly real-time coaching — plus all replays and the full archive. RECORDED gives you on-demand access to the massive archive. Choose based on your schedule and learning style.
How fast will I see results?
That depends on your consistency — but most people feel safer, more aware, and more confident after just a few sessions.
What's the age range?
Teens as young as 14 through adults in their 70s train with us regularly. The mindset is what matters, not your birth year.

Every week, we hear the same objection: "I don't think you can learn self-defense through a screen."
Here's the truth, from 40+ years of coaching:
There are a zillion self-defense and martial arts programs online. Most of them do suck. Choreographed nonsense. Techniques that would get you hurt in a real confrontation. Instructors who've never been tested. We get it. If that's your reference point, your skepticism is earned.
